![]() ![]() ![]() Hi guys Am having lots of fun exploring the gestural input using the Wacom... I have a couple of questions/ideas. I have been thinking that if I am using PenX to interpolatePresets, it would be great if I could use PenY to direct that interpolation process to different parts of my patch. So for instance - lets say I have 4 algorithms (sounds in kyma speak), which all enter a mixer - now I would like to be able to work on the presets of the individual Sounds, so i can place an InterpolatePrests object in the path of each Sound before the mixer and allocate a different Pen variable - BUT, it would be cool if I could intead use the !PenY to select which Sound i was directing the !PenX (InterpolatePresets) input to, and then by using the X and Y coords of the Wacom, actually be able to work with several sounds but individually - ie. selecting one set of presets to work with at a time... I guess this could be done using several tablets, but that gets a bit expensive Is this already possible?? Could I use a script to do this??? Thanks for the cool new tool - as you can see I am having a lot of fun, and finding gestures much more applicable to live performance than banks of faders of the motormix - and of course a Wacom is lighter and smaller tho carry IP: Logged |

![]() ![]() ![]() If you are using an Intuos, you can track more than one pen (not necessary to get an extra tablet--just an additional pen). Each pen is on a different MIDI channel, so you could put each Sound into its own InterpolatePresets and then feed that into its own MIDIVoice (where you can set the channel for that voice).
