![]() ![]() ![]() Hi all Firstly Happy 2011 Today is my first day of not using my Paca since I got it 3 days ago :-( I am having major confusion on how to tackle this issue I have. Basically I had my system set up on day one a certain way and although Paca did work it would loose connection from time to time of the firewire. The next day I decided that I wanted to be able to hear my Mac Book Pro 2010 sounds and the Paca so I set the firewire configuration and that allowed me to hear the MBPro but not the Paca as the Paca could not find the TC. So I then uninstalled and reset the TC software and reinstalled making sure to do as per the instructions in the envelope that comes with Paca. I have all the latest firmware for both Paca (10 Sept)and TC , but have absolutely no idea whY I cant get the Paca to see the TC??? I am desperate to get an answer and get back to the most fun synthesis I have has since I started modulating in the mid 80s. Is there a way to reset the Paca? I have run out of options and hair :-( IP: Logged |

![]() ![]() ![]() It sounds like the driver for the TC may be still installed on the Macintosh or perhaps that you did not power down everything and restart after you uninstalled. Could you please try double-clicking the TC uninstall application again? Then, please power off the Macintosh, TC, and the Paca. Then try turning on computer, TC, then Paca and see if it is working. ![]() ![]() ![]() The Paca has now found it. Do I need to now reinstall the TC Near software? IP: Logged |
