Hi everyone

Has any one been experiencing memory writer sounds not recognising the memory writer sample even when the 'from memory writer' check box is selected - this is happening to me in a timeline - see attached. Any suggestions welcome - thanks, Garth

Hi Garth,

The timeline replaces the Replaceable Input on each Sound with the track's audio input (if selected). In your case, you are using audio input channel 1 as the track's input and this is replacing the Replaceable Inputs in your playback and recording Sounds.

However, in each of those Sounds, the MemoryWriter has been selected as the Replaceable Input, so when used in the timeline the MemoryWriter disappears and is replaced by audio input channel 1.

To get the effect you desire, please go into each of the playback and recording Sounds and select the GenericSource Sound and choose Set Replaceable Input from the Action menu.
