Hello, if i change layouts while the motormix is connected(directly to the dedicated 24D <-> pacarana interface) and i am receiving notes with MIDI over OSC Kyma "stutters" and does not play all of the received notes. I guest it is a priority problem of the MIDI Controllers send out to the Motormix while updating the Motormix screen and the VCS...VS the incoming midi notes... Any solution for this? How is the behavior with Kyma Control App and the IPad while using bi-directional communication? I would be very said to sacrifice the superb hap-tics and the "no look - just do it ability" of the Motormix instead of using the iPad screen with only visual feedback. Any solution for this? We have identified the source of the problem: changes to the VCS layout can delay the processing of incoming OSC messages (which includes MIDI-over-OSC) until the layout update has completed. We are working on a solution but in the meantime, you can do one of two things: * avoid changing the VCS layout when time-critical OSC messages are being sent * use regular MIDI for now (merge the MIDI note data with the MotorMix data that is going into your audio interface) Thanks for reporting this!
