Has anyone developed a step sequencer like the korg radias, where i enter the step values from a keyboard with polyphonic chords able, and then can put it in a second mode after writting the values , where i can trigger it from a keyboard, in loop mode or step mode, with a transposition on /off button, if not could you please advise me as to how it can be achieved. oh yeah with resolution values for each step and an easy way to skip a step to next step
cheers

Hi Neel,

Here is a starting point. Maybe you could give this a try and we could refine it to add more features.

Thanks!

p.s. In the Pitches field of the sequencer there is a Smalltalk-generated Array:

code:

{0 to: 7 collect: [:i |((!KeyDown countTriggersMod: 8) eq: i) sampleAndHold: !KeyNumber]}

for capturing the pitches in the order that you play them on a MIDI keyboard (or send from some other source of MIDI).
