![]() ![]() ![]() Bonjour Samy! I would recommend File>New and select Tau editor. Drag your wav files from the Sound Browser into the Tau editor to analyze them. Save it, then click the Galleries button. This gives you some example Sounds based on your originals that you can play with and combine. (That is just one idea to try). IP: Logged

![]() ![]() ![]() quote: One approach is to try the KeyMappedMultiSample. If you put all of the bird samples into one Folder, then you can use the KeymappedMultiSample to play the samples from a keyboard. You could map One Per HalfStep initially just to test this out. Have you tried doing a Spectral Analysis in the Tools menu? If you would like to send me one of the bird samples, I can try some analyses on it and try to offer some advice on different settings that seem to work for that kind of sample. Thanks! ![]() ![]() ![]() Hello Samy, Here are some Synthetic Birds Played on a Keyboard. In the file, you will hear several approaches: * First, I tried to imagine a bird and created a chirping oscillator that sound bird-like My favorite one is ALIEN BIRDS, which is a random playback of the Tau analyzed sample! ![]() ![]() ![]() Hi Samy, I apologize for being out of town when you posted these so I missed it, and when I tried to play them just now, I discovered that there are some samples and tau files that are needed before you can hear the results. A useful tip for everyone when posting Sounds on the forum or sharing them in the tweaky: in the Tools menu, there is an option called File Archivist that you can use to save the file and all of its source files in a single folder. Then you can zip the folder and post it (this includes all the files to which your Sounds refer, like sample files, spectrum files, tau files, etc). Thanks for the discussions of this very interesting problem or project. I hope you were able to get results that satisfied the director. IP: Logged
