I have the ultralite mk3 but I don't use it dedicated to pacarana. However, if I did, I would connect from master interface (Does Digi 002 has coax SPDIF?) to ultralite via SPDIF coax cable and use this connection to send the master sync. Use Digi 002 as master clock and on ultralite push the "setup" button a few times far right until it lists "Master Clock:"...this allows you to change clock from "internal" to "SPDIF" and it will save off the SPDIF incoming clock. I am doing similar but I was unable to get MOTU to slave above 48k sample rate from Konnekt 24D. I'd be interested to know if you can.
