Here is a Sound that you can use for capturing live input in a RAM buffer and then, listening to the playback from RAM, save as a disk recording. It has a built-in metronome (that you can attenuate if you don't want to hear it).

Comes in handy for practicing and listening to yourself from the RAM buffer and saving it to disk only when you're satisfied with the results.
