Is it possible to control Kyma via rotary encoders (like the doepfer pocket dial or Waldorf Q uses them)?
So I wouldn´t have to worry about jumping values...

I suppose, this is related to the interesting question, whether it is possible (by which means?) to deal with incremental parameter changes in the VCS, so that the difference of two MIDI (or VCS) event values is added or subtracted to/from the actual hot parameter value (with upper and lower bounds). Any ideas, how to achieve this?

Here's an idea for a short CapyTalk program in a SoundToGlobalController that increments/decrements !Value indefinitely under the control of a continuous rotary:
