I was wondering whether there is a specific time when we can connect to the virtual users' group for support? Also, whether anyone would be interested in establishing a regular say fortnightly chat on there? Every other wednesday for example?

For support, how about Saturdays at 11:00 (Central Daylight Time in the US). Would that work for all TimeZones?

(Chat time could be scheduled independently at a different time from the support time)

I'm sorry I missed this - I would like to participate in the future.

Having never used iChat or instant messaging, I have no idea about this. Do I need a mac.com account, or aol instant messaging account or similar?
