hi!
Is it possible to Exclude some Paeraeters from beeing managed by Presets, meaning still having independent control over it when using "interpolate Presets"? Actually this happens with !KeyDown for example. I would like to use the interpolate-Preset Sound upon an Analog sequencer, but the !BPM parameter seems to be preset controlled, thus the sequencer drops out of sync, if i don't "hardwire" it in the Soundeditor. But also in other Situations this would be really nice.Just like the prefix sound there could be a field where to enter the Parameters which are not supposed to be managed. But if there is a solurtion already please tell me, thanks!

Right-click the widget, then select Affected by presets and set to "No".

Hi Patrik

I had missed this feature and would not have thought of asking as I assumed it wasn't there.

If that's a silly question then please keep on asking silly questions and we will all learn more.

Thanks

Pete

I agree. There are no silly questions.

People, and I include myself in this, should also refrain from apologising for asking questions, even if the poster assumes they are silly. I often find the simplest questions not only spark further discussions (there are always usually two or three ways to achieve simple tasks) but can help confirm and remind other users about areas of investigation.

A heartfelt thank-you is what is required. (you can always edit the tweaky and post sounds and samples to show your gratitude)

Truly silly questions involve plugging mains power into the USB socket, or indeed any concept involving selling your system.

Post post post......

Charlie

this is a great community! i just felt like i've read about this feature in the maunal, have used it several times, it is actually one of the more userfriendly and intuitive things to achieve within kyma, and still i didn't remember how to do it.. that's why i really felt a bit silly about asking somebody else... thx again!
