![]() ![]() ![]() There isn't a direct way to generate MIDI clock (yet). In your application, is it possible to use MIDI key events as a clock? (There is a hack for generating the clock: use RawMIDIEvent with the proper bytes for the clock, and then use a Script to schedule them for the proper time). IP: Logged |

![]() ![]() ![]() from SSC Administrator: In your application, is it possible to use MIDI key events as a clock? In this case, I have external boxes that synch to a MIDI clock and I want the Capy to be the master clock source. from SSC Administrator: (There is a hack for generating the clock: use RawMIDIEvent with the proper bytes for the clock, and then use a Script to schedule them for the proper time). I think I understand. But in my application I want the generated clock to continue for an indefinite period of time. As I understand Script (i.e., it expands into a Mixer whose inputs have various start times), it's duration is determined at compile-time. Is there anyway I can have Script continue it's sound indefinitely? IP: Logged |
