I want to put my Capy-320 in a 19"-Case together with other equipment that would cover the vetilation holes of the capy. Can I do this or will it overheat?

thanx,
Frank.

Would the vents be completely covered or would there be some air space above it?

I think it would be best if you made sure there was at least a little space for cool air to be drawn into the slots on the top of the Capybara case.

One possible way to accomplish this would be to place the Capybara as the topmost piece of equipment in the rack.

Well, itīs a flight case that has exactly the amount of units i need. Actually the capy is the only rack mountable device i have that has vetilation holes on the top. maybe iīll put the capy on lowest level, because every other device is shorter...
