How does one alter the following hanning like expr.(0.5 * (1 + cos(( 3.14159 + 3.14159 * 2 * x)))) so that it goes from 1 to 0 to 1 instead of 0>1>0. Thanks david.

Just remove the first pi, to give you:

(0.5 * (1 + cos(( 3.14159 * 2 * x))))
