I got the following error in trying to save a tau file in my ' kyma sounds' folder from a different user account : Disk Error: Operating System Error I had no problem saving this in the user's desktop The folder is shared between multiple users in my mac, and i can easily access it from there. Any idea what to do about this ? cheers IP: Logged |

Did you try running /Applications/Utilities/Disk Utility.app ? and repair your "Repair Disk Persmissions" followed by a reboot. This has to be done once in a while especially after doing updates of Java and Mac OS X updates. It usually helps if there is a problem like this. Best IP: Logged |

Have you had any permissions issues previous to this incident? Have you copied any user accounts from a time machine or other back up drive? If so you may have a more global permission issue with your mac- this can be a very insidious problem. rafe IP: Logged |
