I would like to use the Wacom tablet to pan Sounds in quad within a Timeline. Is this possible?

Did you try mapping Track Angle and Track Radius to the PenAngle and PenRadius? (TrackAngle and TrackRadius must be set to be live controls in the Timeline)

When the VCS opens, edit it and change the range of the Track Angle to (0,2) and the range of the Track Radius to (0,2)
