Is there any possibility of making the parameters for the FrequencyTracker *hot* parameters?

Frequency tracking is very tweeky, and it is frustrating to have to constantly edit parameters and re-compile.

How about it?

It would be nice to do that; however, all of those parameters are "structural" rather than arithmetic. Changing a parameter causes a different amount of RAM to be used in the Capybara.
