Hi

is it possible to write somehow values in cents:
e.g.
SampleEditor, file information, Base pitch
3 C - 23 cents

and also elsewere, in Freq fields ...

Yes, since cents are hundredths of half steps, you could write it as:

3 c - 0.23 nn
