![]() ![]() ![]() I'm seeking help in determining the most straightforward way to have the ability to do realtime reassignment of samples to keys on the keyboard. Ideally, it would have the same functionality as the 'KeyMappedMultisample' sound with the 'OnePerHalfStep' setting. I recognize there are ways to do this on a single instance (key to sample) basis, but I'm looking for something more flexible and powerful and less data entry oriented (would like to work with a folder full of 100's of samples). Also, I realize that I may be missing something obvious . . . Thanks, RS IP: Logged |

![]() ![]() ![]() Would you like to change which key triggers which sample while the Sound is playing? You could try using the Multisample, making Index a combination of !KeyNumber and an !Offset that you could use to shift the value up or down. NOTE that you can now set the file names in Multisample by dragging sample files from the Sound browser into the filename field (i.e. you don't have the type the name of each file into the field anymore).
